WORKING PRINCIPLE

  • When the rotor turns, the hose is compressed by the rotor shoe and this action creates a strong vacuum which draws the product in and along the hose
  • Positive displacement Pump
  • Captures confined amounts of liquid and transfers it from the suction to the discharge port
  • Flow is constant with changing pressure
  • Negative pressure is created at the inlet port. A dry pump will prime on its own.
  • Ideal for Viscous, Abrasive and corrosive mediums

  • Flows to 15.3 m3/hr, at up to 230 PSI Pressure
  • Long life high pressure hoses in Natural Rubber, EPDM, Nitrile Buna (NBR), NBRF, Hypalon® (CSM), Food Grade Buna (NBRF) & Verderprene.
  • Currently, 7 Sizes 5mm ID to 55mm ID, NEW Dura 55 launched in 2014
